Terms of service
These terms cover the Rynbw website and its integration of the Murmelt web client. Rynbw does not itself provide a chat service or operate Nostr relays.

Scope
Rynbw provides content and access to the externally provided Murmelt web client. Once you open Murmelt, Murmelt's terms at https://www.murmelt.com/tos and the terms of the Nostr relays and Blossom servers you select also apply.
No chat operation by Rynbw
Rynbw does not match users, store or transmit chat messages, or operate accounts, relays, or file servers. Communication takes place through the Murmelt client and the independent services you select.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for selecting your relays, safeguarding your private key, and for your content and conduct. Use the website, Murmelt, and Nostr only in compliance with applicable law and the rules of the providers you select.
Availability of external services
The availability and operation of Murmelt, Nostr relays, and Blossom servers are outside Rynbw's control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the storage, delivery, or deletion of content on those services.
Content and moderation
Rynbw does not control content on the Nostr network and does not moderate chats. Relay and Blossom operators decide how to handle reports, blocks, and removals under their own rules. Rynbw cannot enforce action on those services.
Warranty and liability
The Rynbw website is provided within the limits of applicable law without a guarantee of continuous availability. Any liability required by law remains unaffected. Other users and independent third-party providers remain responsible within their respective areas.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when Rynbw or its integration of external services changes. The current version will be published on this page with a new revision date.
