FAQ

Quick answers about starting a chat, protecting your privacy and using Rynbw on any device.

Is the gay chat free?

Yes. Rynbw does not charge a subscription or ask for payment details to open the chat. Charges from your internet or mobile provider may still apply.

Do I need to create an account?

No Rynbw account is required. You can start without providing an email address, phone number or password.

Can I chat anonymously?

You do not need to provide contact details to begin. Your privacy also depends on what you share, so avoid posting your real name, address, workplace or other identifying information.

Are messages encrypted?

Direct messages use end-to-end encryption before they are transmitted through the network. The person you chat with can still save or share anything you send, so choose carefully what you reveal.

How does random matching work?

Open the random chat to look for another person who is available at the same time. Matching times vary with demand, your settings and the network services you select.

Can I use Rynbw on my phone?

Yes. Rynbw works in modern mobile and desktop browsers, so there is no app to install. Some features may ask for camera or microphone permission.

Can I share photos and videos?

The chat client supports media sharing, feeds and short videos. Only share content you are comfortable letting another person keep or redistribute.

What should I do if someone makes me uncomfortable?

End the conversation and use the available block or report controls. Never send money or disclose sensitive personal information to someone you have just met online.
